Next stop Goosenecks State Park Utah.
Kept the journey short today & settled into a KOA campground North of Williams, AZ. Great weather, hardly any wind and lots of sunshine. YAY!
After an early dinner of Brats on the grill and a cold brew we're settling in for the evening.
Tomorrow is a longer day with about a 170 mile trek to Goosenecks State Park just inside the Utah border. Dave's been there, but not me and I'm itchin' to see some new sights!
I found some pics online that are posted on the right side of this blog to give you an idea of what we're headed into. It's boondocking (no hookups) literally on the cliffs above the twisty-turny canyons below. Of course, the motorhome and folks you see in the pics aren't us .... yet! It sounds like the weather is going to cooperate for a few days so we're hoping to sit there a spell and get the bikes out for a ride also.
NO phone/internet signal there so when we get back into range I'll post some "Real" pics.
